Singapore June 10-13, 2006

Brace yourselves for a series of posts about my Singapore trip.

My day started early on June 10. I was up by 5am and out of our house a few minutes after 6. We picked up Abi at NIGS, our car was right behind the taxi she and her brother were riding. So we didn't waste precious minutes waiting for the other. We dropped off her brother at Philcoa then we wee on our way to Diosdado Macapagal Internation Airport at Clark, Pampanga. Good thing Tita Zeny invited my mom to go to her house so they went to San Fernando after they dropped us off at the airport. We arrived really early..around 830am. The gates for the international flights are still closed so they asked us to wait. Around 930am we were inside the airport and were paying our travel tax. Had to pay P1,620 as Philippine travel tax. It was Abi's first time to travel outside the country so I had to be in charge (haha! as if naman panay ang alis ko ng bansa!). I paid for our travel tax while she made her way to the long lines at the check-in counter. Grabe, walang sistema sa airport na yon. Nakakahiya! There was no line for the payment of travel tax. They have a counter alright, but you have to give your name and passport to one guy then they'll pass your passport to another one who will issue the receipt and ask for your payment. They did not even think of asking the people to line up. There are atleast five people there. They could have asked us to form five lines and each of them could receive our passports, get our payments and issue the receipts. Ah ewan!

Anyways, after finally paying for our tax and had our trolleys checked in we made our way towards the immigration counter and we're finally inside the waiting area. Since we were there early we had to wait for a long time before boarding. Jo called us up while we were there and asked me to buy Absolute Vodka at the Duty Free Shop at the Budget Terminal after we land. She told me David will be there to pick us up and he'll hand me SGD since I wouldn't have SGD by that time. At around 1115am we were ready to board. Tiger Air flights have no designated seat numbers for our tickets so people were scrambling their way towards the gate after the announcement that we were ready to board.

We slept for most of the flight flight. Gutom na gutom na kami dahil that was way past lunch time already. They didn't have free meals on board and we were too kuripot to buy kaya tinulog na lang namin ang gutom namin. We were so excited when the plane landed at Budget Terminal. But of course we still had time to take pictures.

Abi and I were both nervous going in to Singapore Immigration with the horror stories we heard about their immigration -- that we had to bring a lot of cash as show money, that we had to bring a letter of invitation from our host in Singapore, that it's not a good idea to declare that we'll be staying at a condo instead of at a hotel, that we're not allowed to bring in hotdog and they'll just throw it if they see it. Good thing Jo did not push us to bring hotdog for them anymore. We just bought in brownies and ensaymada. There weren't any question at the immigration and when we were about to pass through their Customs, the Customs officer signalled us to go straight to the exit. Sayang! David was not yet there to pick us up and I had to call him from the payphone at the arrival area (Jo told me the night before that we can make local calls for free). He was already on his way. When he arrived we rode a cab from the airport to their place.

Singapore is clean, clean, clean. There were no traffic(the ride from the airport to David and Jo's place took 10mins -- that's from Changi airport to Lorong, Geylang), roads are lined with trees, and there were buildings all over.

When we got to their condo Jo was cooking food for her birthday party that night. We were so hungry we didn't care if the pasta sauce was a bit too sour for our taste. They also fried marinated chicken for us. Yummy! I think that was already around 4pm. Imagine I didn't eat for the whole day except for a small piece of ensaymada.
This is at their veranda...look, 3 pools at the condominium complex. At talagang lumuhod ako para makita sa picture yung pools.

After eating we waited for Melanie to arrive since she will bring us to the malls that night. Jo, David and Myrna had to stay because they were preparing for the party/get-together. Abi, Mel and I went to Suntec City. From Aljunied station we rode the MRT to City Hall then hopped on the shuttle bus that took us to Suntec City. They have automated machines where we bought our MRT card. After the ride you surrender the card and get your SGD1.00 deposit back.

Midnight madness sa Suntec -- Great Singapore Sale nga e! We bought a few things at Carrefour -- San Miguel beer, Oreos and Cafe21 (bilin ni Lorena). We went around the mall and I saw some things I needed to buy for a few people back here (Lacoste bag for Tita Julie which has 20% discount, Giordano shirts for SGD5 a piece and a few others). Then we went to the Fountain of Weath, dubbed to be the world's largest fountain.

It was past 9pm when Jo called Mel and asked us to go home already because her guests are already there and they already ate. But before we went home, Mel took us to Marina (Mel: sabi ni Jo uwi na daw tayo. daan muna tayo dun sa Marina kasi maganda ang view don *hehehe*) We took a cab at the Esplanade. I told Mel that we should take pictures there but she reminded me that we were going back there Monday to take some pics of the Merlion and that Jo called again and were asking us to go home already. Mga pasaway!

When we got back to the condo, their Pinoy friends were already there. Daming handang pagkain ni Jo - pasta, chicken, sweet and sour meatballs, siomai (yummy) and 2 cake! Happy birthday dear Jo!

After eating inuman na! Vodka with sprite ang toma! David and Myrna's boyfriend Rumer (I hope I got the spelling right) drank the SanMig we bought from the groceries. They were singing their hearts out (thank you, magicsing) while I drank, drank and drank hahaha. I only sang when most of the guests already left. And what did I sing - Laklak (what an apt song!)

Grabe, we went to bed at around 3am na. We had to wake up early the next morning since the mass was at 9am. Sa next post ko na yung day 2 =)

The Phone Call

I feel so bothered after I received this phone call. The thing is I posted an advertisement regarding the desktop PC of Francis on our online mall here at the office. He wanted to sell it so I offered to post it here so that he won't have a hard time selling the PC. I posted the specs of the PC together with Francis' name and contact details. But since I'm the staff from this office who posted the ad, my name is also posted in the same ad. Anyways, that was last month pa. Then this lady called me a few minutes ago asking about it. I'm a bit busy today so I guess I sounded a bit irritated when she told me it was about the PC.

Lady: Hello, ikaw ba si Cris?
Bitch(Cris): Oho ako ho.
Lady: Ikaw ba yung nagpost nung desktop PC?
Lady: May 25.
Ano ho bang tanong nyo?
Lady: Ah sige

Tapos binabaan na nya ko ng telepono. Now I feel so upset because I felt like I was bitching her when she didn't even do something bad to me. But I was just so irritated when I was talking to her coz I was thinking that I already put Francis' name there so that they wouldn't have to call me. And the truth is even if they ask me something about the PC I really wouldn't know anything about it. Argh! I want to say sorry to the lady but at the same time I'm thinking stupid of her to call me about it. That was almost a month ago and a lot of people have already asked Francis about it. I'm really upset with that phone call. I'm sorry po. =(

I'll be posting Singapore pics soon and have an entire post about it.

Tagged!

Wow it's the first time I've been tagged. Was tagged by EJ, she gave me a letter and I'm supposed to write down 10 things starting with this letter and explain what the word means to me and why. She gave me the letter J. Okay I'll cheat coz I'll be writing down Proper nouns here..

Joema - Jose Maria, my honey! We've been together for 6 years and I hope we'll be counting more years together.

Jomari - as in Jomari Yllana haha! I used to like him, back when he was the only one sikat sa Gwapings. I think that was way back in college. Si Tric nga used to tease me na baka kaya ko lang gusto si Joema kasi katukayo ni Jomari hehehe

January - my birth month. January is really special in my family because we celebrate a lot more than my birthday - my brother's birthday, my parent's wedding anniversary, my cousin's birthday, and our lola's birthday.

Joke - I'd like to think that I give funny and witty jokes. I love people who give out good jokes -- yung tama ang bigay ng punch line at witty remarks. It's boring to have a conversation with a person who doesn't have a good sense of humor.

Jasmine - (pronounced as Hasmin not the same way sa Jasmine Trias) I don't know why I like this name but I want my daughter to have that name. Well, actually I want that for a second name. Her first name would be Margaret. Margaret Jasmine - me likey!

Joy - I got joy down in my heart... deep, deep down in my heart. J-O-Y down in my heart... deep, deep down in my heart. Kumanta lang ako. Seriously, aside from love everyone needs to find joy..find what makes you happy. Life won't be meaningful if you don't enjoy it. So find your own joy and not the toilet paper.

Junk food - I love junk food but because I'm now on a diet I haven't been eating junk food for a while. When I was in college and even while I was already working, I enjoy studying if I'm eating junk food. I feel that I can study more if I eat junk -- it's like my fuel to study harder haha. Tomorrow's cheat day from my diet, might as well grab some chips and eat them during the plane ride. One more thing to be excited about my Singapore trip -junk food.

Jollibee - Jo-jollibee kami jo-join kayo? hahaha Jollibee bida ang sarap. Ay sus! I don't know if it's my favorite fast food chain but I find myself craving for Chickenjoy or Jolly hotdog or burger steak once in a while. And for almost a year Jollibee has been my dinner companion ahehe. When I lived in Manila, our dorm was very near a Jollibee branch so we always eat there for dinner. We're so exhausted from the office that we don't have the energy to go to another resto or buy food from somewhere else.

Jeepney - I ride the jeep everyday and I pay P7.50 for a very short jeepney ride. If the plan pushes thru with the minimum fare of P9.50 I might not be able to afford to pay for that much for my ride. Imagine less than a kilometer jeepney ride for P9.50. Mygawd!

Juskolaarrrrdddd - ahahaha first time I heard this, actually read it in a text message, from Abbie. Wala lang..sobrang natawa ko. Parang feeling ko nadinig ko sya habang binabas ko yung text message. So now I'm tagging her and giving her the letter H. Enjoy maldita twin sister.

See you Merlion

Yipii!!! I'll be leaving tomorrow for Singapore. Can't wait!!! I've packed everything that I need (in just 1 trolley but I bought an extra bag for goodies from Sing). I bought pasalubong for Jo and David -- Mary Grace ensaymada and Becky's Kitchen brownies. I hope they like it. We'll be staying at their place during our entire stay there so I want to atleast give them delicious food as thank you for their hospitality. It's Jo's birthday tomorrow so we also bought a gift for her -small black bag. Abi and I can't think of anything else so we hope she likes it and she uses. Our tentative itinerary would be-- day 1 - bday party of Jo and maybe pasalubong shopping at night, day 2 - Sentosa Island, day 3 - zoo and malls (shopping! The Great Singapore Sale is going on while we're there) day 4 - flight back home. Don't know if we'll be able to follow this itinerary but I hope we can go to as much places as we can. I'm so excited!!!

Zhu ni Shengri Kuaile

I'm busy hahahaha

Argh! I've been here at the office for 7 hours but I think I've only been working for 2 hours hahaha. Mygosh! I didn't start the day right today. I have so much office work to do but what am I doing now? Bloghopping for Pete's sake! I'm so bad, please shoot me! No, I take that back =P I ate breakfast a bit late since Rhoda came in late (No, I'm not blaming her). Then when I got back after eating, instead of starting with all the paperworks, I made an invite for our online party tom at Alyansa. It's Zaizai and Icay's party tomorrow. Since it's Icay's birthday I had to download pictures of Samuel, PJ and BJ. Of course, I have pics of ZZ and Panda saved on my pc already. Then when I finished the invite in the software that I downloaded, it wouldn't save because it was just a trial version. So I had to redo it on Microsoft Powerpoint. It took me more than an hour to finish it then post it. After that I did some work then decided to blog hop. And up until now I was reading this blog. I'm so bad, bad, bad, bad.

Love Dogs

This is Rico, our chow-chow. Well actually he's not a pure-breed chow-chow. According to the official website of chow-chow club, chow-chows have blue-black tongue. Look at Rico's tongue, it's not blue-black. But if you look closely he has black spots on his tongue and the underside is black. Rico's also disqualified on some of the characteristics that are mentioned in the site but that's okay coz we love him still.

The whole family adores him..he's so cute! We got him last December. Much about the same time we had Rushie (Labrador) and Ruth and Sarah (but they both died a few months after we got them). It's the first time our family had pure-bred dogs. We've always had dogs in our home pero puro askal(asong kalye) lang. Now we have five dogs..Rico, Rushie and 3 other askals -- Chocolate, Tisoy and Cutie. Is it obvious that Rico is my favorite? :) And I think this is the first time that I learned to love our dogs. As I've said we've always had dogs but I never bother with them. I won't care if they're around or not. Maybe it's because our dog before Rico came, Grumpy, died while I was home. I heard his last cry before he died. Grumpy was sick for a few days but we weren't able to take him to the vet. The day that I was about to take him he died. It was really sad. Grumpy was a sweet puppy. He was always inside our house as if he really belonged here while our other dogs are outside pero nasa bakuran naman. Sayang he died early. That's the beginning of my new-found love for dogs. :)

Look at Rico...nasilaw sa flash hehehe

When It Rains It Pours

Bad trip! It was raining so hard when I left the office. Well, actually it wasn't really that hard when I got out of the building. But while I was walking to the parking lot of the shuttle services, the rain poured HARD! As in! My 3-fold umbrella folded while I was using it hahahaha. Wala na tuloy akong payong...sira na! I was walking towards the shuttle without an umbrella..soaking wet ang drama ko. Buti na lang I was the last passenger to get in so alis agad yung shuttle. But the fucker of this story is the girl I sat next to. My broken umbrella won't close properly so when I entered the L300, her legs got wet by my wet umbrella. Ang puta sama ng tingin sa kin. Haller! Argh! Gawd! I prayed so hard na sana pagbaba nya super lakas ng ulan para mabasa sya as in soaking wet na parang basang sisiw na ultimo panty at bra nya basang basa na kailangan pang pigain para lang matuyo! But I guess God doesn't hear prayers that will do harm to others. Tikatak na lang ang ulan when the girl got out of the shuttle. So I thought that was the end of my encounter with super inconsiderate people...but NOOooo! When I got off the service, it was still raining and since I didn't have a working umbrella I have to ride the trike to get to our house. Alelluia! There was a trike waiting for me...only an lady is already riding it. But since there's room for another one and our house is so near the gate of our subdivision, manond trike driver let me ride. :) But the kupal lady who's already seated there didn't think of moving inside the two-seater trike. Ha! Our street is like the 2nd street from the gate..for sure mauuna ko bababa sa kanya! Ayun she just shifter her legs for me to fit between her knees and the edge of the trike and get myself seated. Eto pa...there's already an umbrella installed to the trike but she still has her umbrella wide open. When I got off the trike, she didn't even had the courtesy to step down first so that I can get off. Being old doesn't give her the license to be incosiderate! Argh! Why do these kind of people exist?!?!! Konting consideration naman people!

My week

I don't have any sepcific topic in mind to write about so I'll just go through what happened during the week:

Monday - Okay I can't think of anything special that happened Monday. But I do remember going to the gym and my instructor told me that he'll be getting my body mass again when I come back.

Tuesday - Had a whole day seminar which resulted to a pile of work hahaha. That seminar was supposed to train us on our database system. I've had a few AHAs during the seminar. But during the afternoon session I was really, really sleepy already even though I drank my cup of coffee in the morning. One cup of coffee usually helps me stay awake for the entire day. But that afternoon I felt like I can't take in more information. I'm like a sponge that has absorbed all the liquid that can be contained in its body. When I got back to my work station my work has piled up already. I extended my work hour for about an hour and then went to Megamall to watch a movie with Joema hahaha. Inuna ang lovelife! I watched X-men again with him (since he still hasn't watched it). Good thing I liked the movie so it's okay for me to see it again. I think it's really good coz I still enjoyed watching it for the second time. After the movie we had dinner at Teriyaki Boy. I ordered seafood teppanyaki and he ate chicken teriyaki. Buti na lang I was already satisfied with my seafood teppanyaki. Sarap sya.

Wednesday - I remember waking up not wanting to go to work but because of the seminar the day before I really have to go to the office to finish some things. And it was payday so I thought that's an extra bonus to go to the office than sulk at home. I also went to hear mass before going to work. But I arrived late in the office since the mass was extra long because of the renewal of vows of the lay missionaries in the church. After office, I went to the gym for my workout and I had myself weighed. Holy cow I lost two pounds!!! Whooooppeee!!! Two pounds in three weeks. My diet and all that aching muscles paid off! :) I went to Makati afterwards to watch Failure to Launch with Reyna and Sheryl. Reyna and I were deciding over that movie and The Benchwarmers. Rotten Tomatoes rated both movies rotten hahahaha but since Failure to Launch had a higher rating we chose that one hehe. I enjoyed the movie. It had some witty dialogues but of course it was a no-brainer. But if you're looking for a light movie to entertain yourselves, this movie is okay. Syempre nagchikahan pa kami nila Reynach after the movie. Kwento sila about their HS classmates na asar na asar sila hahaha. There was a long line for the shuttle service so we were able to pass time while making chika. I think I got home at aroung 12 midnight and fell asleep before 1am.

Thursday - Since I slept late the night(morning) before, I didn't want to wake up when my alarm clock went off. Hay katamad talaga pumasok! I don't know how I got through the day but I was home really early. I just ate dinner, watched a little movie, talked to Joema over the phone then went to sleep at around 830pm. Haha!

Friday - today....I'm still here at the office..have a lot of papers and folders at my desk. I'm just taking some time off before I continue working again. Okay, my time's up! Have to work again huhu. Can I just surf the net and search about The Great Singapore Sale and everything else about Singapore? Waaahhh!!! I'm so excited to go there! Next weekend...see you Singapore!

Super Powers

Was able to watch X-Men: The Last Stand last Saturday and I liked it. The special effects was superb, the story line was okay (there was some tinge of drama in it but it wasn't too mushy and it was well blended in the story) and of course Hugh Jackman as Wolverine is hot as ever. But before the movie, Gary treated us to dinner at Aveneto. And while we were eating Joel told us that while they were on their way to Makati, he and Gary got to talk about what super powers would they want to have. Hahaha so childish but Grace and I thought about it ourselves. Joel said that he'd like to be invisible. He'd go to all the places he wanted to go (since no one will see him board a plane so no plane fare, thank you very much!), he'd attend all the meetings his bosses go to and this is the most important one -- babatukan nya boss nya pag may sinasabing masama against him. Grace said she wanted to be like Mystic and be able to transform into anyone. I forgot Gary's answer..I think he wanted two super powers. I said I wanted to have X-ray vision para makapanilip harharhar. But when I heard their answers I wanted to change my mind..I've been giving it a lot of thought but I can't think of just one super power that will make me the best among all of them. =P So I'll just rest my decision here...

Your Superhero Profile

Your Superhero Name is The Platypus Carrot
Your Superpower is Witchcraft
Your Weakness is Cowboys
Your Weapon is Your Particle Bow
Your Mode of Transportation is Snowboard

Hahaha what kind of a name is that?!?!? And I don't like my superpower hahahahaha that won't make me so powerful. Or maybe it can...the Charmed Ones are the most powerful witches...but I think that's because of the Power of Three. Hmmm...I have to get myself other superheroes/witches who has witchcraft as her superpower. Hahahaha! At talagang sinersyoso! From X-Men to Charmed ito!

Wag mo kong dalawin

Oh yes...I'm the great pretender

How can I tell you that I'm not your friend? That I don't consider you my friend. I don't even like you. I just pretend that I like you. I have this feeling that you don't like me either and you're also just pretending. So maybe that's one thing we have in common. I don't like it that you just made your way into the group. I don't like it that now they hang out more often with you than with me. Okay I know I'm such a brat for feeling this way. But there, that's what I feel. Happy? Argh! I hate your guts! If I only I could take them back from you...but now they're slowly slipping away from me. And I miss them. I really do...

*Siguro any of my friends reading this is already thinking kung sila kaya yon...hehehe...sige isip pa kayo.

Galileo Enoteca

Penny and I arrived at Galileo Enoteca at around 8pm last Friday. When we got there they already ordered. The place had set menus which serves cold cuts, cheese, pasta, wine and coffee. Since I can't eat most of what they ordered, I ordered an extra garden salad with tuna (damn that fucking diet!). I don't know what the fuzz was all about about that place. The food wasn't extra ordinary (or was it because I only ate the salad and some cold cuts). Although I liked the salad. Charline pre-ordered the mozarella cheese (which is their best seller) but they told us they were already out. Baka that would have changed my mind about their food. Maybe it was the ambience of the place. The place is actually good for dinner dates for couples since it's a small and cozy place...romantic. Although I think I mostly saw groups of friends/families that were there that night. The resto is actually a wine cellar. There are wine bottles lined acrossed the walls and you can actually pick one for yourself. Pero everytime that Steve holds a bottle ninenerbiyos ako na baka mabasag nya.

Playing with the wine bottles at the end of our dinner. Steve was supposed to be holding an Eiffel Tower key chain to his ear (kunyari pirate na may earrings, gets?)

It's our turn to gulp down more wine.

Janice, Steve, Charllan, Penny and me

His future depended on that dinner date so okay na rin sa kin. Good thing he followed when we had coffee at Metrowalk. It was supposed to be our birthday treat for Steve and Charline but since only some of us were able to come we just postponed our treat for them. Tentatively on June 17: water spa somewhere in QC.

Dinner was fun since Janice told us about her Mediterranean cruise/Europe trip last Holy Week. She gave us her pasalubong -- Eiffel Tower key chain and Eiffel Tower letter opener for me :). Jose who wasn't able to go also gave his pasalubong from HK thru Charline. He gave us a mirror (na ang ganda ng nasa loob! lakas! hahaha) and a little candy holder from Disneyland (sarap ng candy!). Also it was the first time that Charline and Allan had dinner with us as a couple. They're so sweet. Kwento sila kung kelan at pano naging sila...guess what? While watching Bandidas - which according to them was such a lousy movie. Hahahaha!

After dinner we headed to Metrowalk. It was my first time to go there kahit na ang lapit lapit lang ng opisina ko don. We continued our chikahan at Starbucks - treat ni Charline dahil she was assigned to head Financials already. Congratulations! Or was it Allan's treat dahil sinagot sya ni Charline? Ah ewan! Basta silang dalawa ang bumili ng kape. Mands arrived at around 11pm. He told us about his dates. Yes with an "S" since it was sort of a soiree pala. We were asking him if he got any phone numbers but he always changes the topic after. We were joking that the next time he's going he should bring us along parang kasabwat. Para in case he finds someone he likes kaming girls na ang babakod para madali sya makalapit. Bright idea noh! We went home at 2am na siguro with our stomachs full of coffee(from the frap) and air(dahil sa kakatawa).

Walang sabit

It's been two days in a row that Joema and I had lunch together, yesterday and today. I'm so happy to spend time with him since we weren't able to see each other this past Saturday because he was still sick and because of the typhoon Caloy. When we meet up at lunch during office days, our usual meeting place is as at Powerbooks, Megamall since it's the closest store from Ortigas MRT. Yesterday, when I got to Powerbooks I saw a friend.

Me: D!
D: Uy!
Me: San ka na work?
D: sa *toot*
Me: Sa Makati?
Kaw san boyfriend mo?
Me: Hinahanap ko din e.

I thought that was a weird question to ask me since it was a weekday. Where did he get the idea that Joema and I are always together? Not that I was offended or anything I just found it weird. I like being with Joema and kung pwede lang na we see each other everyday then that would be super ok with me. But I also value my time with my friends without Joema always tagging along. As I've said, I'd like to be always with him but I'm happy that I have friends of my own and he has friends of his own. That I can enjoy going out even without him. Siguro this comes with being single, that is, not married. Kasi syempre when you're single and you go out, there's no one worrying about you (that excludes parents if you're still living with them, like me). Unlike, when you're married kahiya naman sa asawa mo kung gimik ka ng gimik tapos di mo sya kasama. Pero kasi naman there are some people who have boyfriends/girlfriends na pag aayain mo gumimik parating dapat isama mo sa invite yung partner. What if di mo naman friend yung partner nya or di naman kayo close or you just want to be with the girls. I should give it to him because ever since hindi nya ko pinipigilan gumimik. It's enough for him to know where I'll go and who are the friends I'm with. That's one of the reasons I sooo love about him.

Bituing Walang Ningning

My mother, me and Ate Gina were watching Little Big Star when Angelika dela Cruz came out on stage and sang 'Bituing Walang Ningning' with Sarah Geronimo and the winners of LBS season 1. Ate Gina asked my mother who were in the original movie and my mom said Sharon Cuneta and Cherrie Gil and that there was a third one.

Me: Cherrie Pie?

Mama: Sinong may sabi sayo...basta meron pang pangatlo...parehong-pareho yung kwento sa pelikula chaka jan (pertaining to the tv show)

Argh! What can I do to convince her that it was only Sharon and Cherie Gil in the movie. Haay....Ma, kung di lang kita mahal...Advance Happy Mother's Day!

Pumapatak na naman ang ulan

Tamad na tamad na ko. I want to go home and curl up in my bed. Sarap matulog pag ganitong umuulan. Rainy days are here again.

may kahirapan at di maiwasan

AI and TAR

I was shocked to read this this morning. Of the four remaining contestants in American Idol this season, I like Chris the most. Aside from being my "katukayo" I think he's the best singer of the four. And I was able to watch his audition in the early parts of AI. He was with his wife and he's such a good man to be able to love a woman with kids from another man and also love the kids as if they are his own. I really liked him when they sang love songs. Chris sang "Have you ever really loved a woman". If only he looked better I would have fallen in love with him hahaha. I almost cried when I watched the video of Chris' elimination. Nakakabigla naman kasing mag-announce si Ryan Seacrest. Pinupuri pa nya tas biglang he's out na pala. Sadness...so sad. Now I have to settle for Elliott in the remaining Idol hopefuls. Sayang I wasn't able to watch this week's episode.

******

On a happeir note, MoJo was eliminated from the last leg of TAR9 hehe. I don't like them coz they hate the hippies, BJ and Tyler. I like the latter because of their happy-go-lucky way of competing in the race. It's been twice that they've arrived last in the pit stop but luckily both are non-eliminated legs of the race. But if I have to choose who I'd like to win of the remaining pairs: BJ and Tyler, Eric and Jeremy, Ray and Yolanda I think I'll have a hard time. I like all the three of them. Eric and Jeremy are both strong and although they are not that smart they haven't done any stupid mistakes during the course of the race. Ray and Yolanda on the other hand started out as a weak pair. It was only in the last episode (the leg before the Thailand pitstop) that they finished first. But they are such nice people so I still like them. They have their own share of bickering with each other but they seem like a sweet couple. Let's just wait for the two-hour season finale on May 17. Sana ipalabas ng two hours sa studio23. Damn we don't have cable TV!
