Rent
The hubby and I are thinking of moving into a bigger place. We are currently living in a one bedroom unit (loft type), just enough space for the two of us. But what if we have a baby, can we still fit into that space? We're thinking of renting the unit out and find ourselves a bigger apartment or a house. But we really can't decide yet. Are there companies who offer Real Property Management here in Manila? When do we do it? Do we wait until I get pregnant or should we rent it out first and then try to get pregnant? So many things to think about. I hate decision making! This is one of the grown-up things that I hate. Argh!

you might want to wait! because when you have a baby, most likely the baby naman will stay in your room! seriously, medyo dead space for the first year or so yung "baby's room", because he or she will be with you all the time!
anna, thanks so much for your insight. i always hear friends kasi that a baby takes so much space kaya we thought we should move to a bigger place. for my part, i'm really really torn because i love the security of our condo unlike when we move to an apartment or house, i will definitely feel so ALONE when i'm left there by myself.
if you love your place, don't move yet! the baby will have lots of stuff, but an extra room will just be about that - the baby's stuff (and not the baby per se!). which you can organize rin naman into drawers, boxes, and things! like my friend, they set aside one corner of their room talaga for the baby and the baby's things. (everythign else spills over to the sala). sayang rin talaga kasi, the baby won't need his own bed or room until about 2 or 3. (especially if you're bedsharing).
but we're getting ahead of ourselves, hihi. enjoy muna traveling and being newlyweds, you two! =p
yes enjoy muna. let's cross the bridge when we get there hehehe.
