Again Again

Bakit ba ang hirap-hirap mag-lose ng weight! Pakshet! I was down to 100lbs in November last year tapos ngayon….grrrr@&#$!?@?!!! Now, I have to be at the gym 4x a week just to lose weight plus I have to go back to my diet. Argh! Bakti ba ang sarap kasi kumain?!?!?!? Tell me!!! Huway!?!?!?! Pwede bang kumain ng masarap pero di mag-gain ng weight? Pwede bang kumain ng marami tapos i-lose yung na-gain na weight sa exercise lang? Bakit ba hindi pwedeng exercise lang? Bakit kailangang samahan ng right diet!?!?! Sige na crucify me I’m vain! Kasi naman ang weird ng body structure ko! I’m petite, small legs, small waist, small boobs din tapos laki ng arms. Nakaka-frustrate! When I start dieting the first one na lumiliit is my abdomen. Stubborn part talaga yung arms. Kahit ano ata gawin ko di liliit ang arms ko unless ipa-lipo ko which will cost me P5000 per session. Mga ilang session kaya ‘to? Or I can just accept the fact na pangit talaga ng arms ko. That’s more affordable ahahahaha.
